Amazon Customer – I am still adjusting to the mattress and will update at the end of 100 days. After my previous bed no longer gave me support, I slept on Sealy firm mattress which was like a brick. Love, love, love our new bed. We ordered the “medium-firm” and found that it was too firm for us. We contacted the customer service and a lovely person named Dominique helped us.
